Hi, I have an R 50 Type 1836-3SU that suddenly the nav pointer and trackpad both no longer work. I've checked the computer for viruses and malware. Computer does work on USB mouse fine. I've also checked the Bios settings and these are both set to "Automatically" and I've tried toggling this setting...
