Could also try ebay(UK), I found a low spec x60 (1.66ghz solo) for £750, choose your seller carefully, wouldnt recommend anything international, except for some of the US powersellers (though you'd get a US keyboard)

It tells you that if merom is a more powerful chip for the same thermal specs as yonah (i use a merom in desktop a system)
