Some time ago i bought an x41 tablet and tried to install a 1.8 samsung zif drive. And the conclusion was that my soldering and modding skills are not up to snuff.

Could anyone help me by modding a 1.8 zif to ide adapter and sending it to Belgium ? Against a small fee ofcourse.

Ok, bought a samsung HS06THB but sadly it seems my soldering skills or worth nowt, drive isn't working. Is there anyone who could modify one of these adapters for me ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130768692519 ?

I'm trying to make the screen buttons work but can't get it sorted. The problem is that the screen buttons don't generate a hotkey code with acpi_listen. Is it worth going threw with a repair like that. I found bulbs for about 17 dollars, but i image getting it replaced in a repair shop would cost a fair bit.
