Anyway, I don't know what kind of problems you've been having with 'vanilla' Windows 10, but I've only had issues with the classic theme (issues that have already been discussed here).

I wouldn't recommend Win10 if you can help it. I just tried the explorer.exe, and it doesn't work. I've already tried different versions of Explorer on Win10, and I've only ever gotten the default one to work. I don't think replacing explorer.exe is the best way to go about this.
