@wujstefan if you intend to order HV150UX2-100 from Flexloop Systems, let me know. I'd like to get one or two for myself aswell, so in such case we could share shipping costs.

When it comes to T450(s) whitelist, according to my knowledge you can use one of the panels listed below: * LEN40A0 - B140XTN02.6 / B140XTN02.A / LP140WHU-TPBJ / LTN140AT31-401 / N140BGE-EA3 * LEN40A1 - B140RTN03.0 / LP140WD2-TPD1 / LTN140KT14-401 / N140FGE-EA2 * LEN40A3 - B140HAN01.2 / B140HAN01.3 ...

Re: Help convince me...TPY 370 vs Yoga 720

If you can afford to buy ThinkPad, you should not hesitate. I have had both models in my hands and I tell you, difference in keyboard department is huge. Somehow I cannot image myself working on Y720 keyboard - both key shape, travel and feedback are horrible. If you do care about typing comfort you...

Please check solution mentioned below. It does provide up to 60W at its output so probably this should be enough for X300. https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/en/Universal-Notebook-Akku-Mobile-Notebook-Handy-Powerbank.tuxedo That one unfortunately, don't have the required ampere. i seen it before, it d...

Re: 260 or 370 ?

Well Yoga TP 370 is nothing more than slightly redesigned Yoga 260. Two things that matters most is updated Intel platform (7th gen.) and what is most important slightly bigger screen (13,3" instead of 12,5"). Both models relased for 2016 (Y260) and 2017 (Y370) has been replaced this year by not-rea...

Re: T410 randomly shuts down

Is the battery installed in your laptop the genuine Lenovo battery? If it's not, consider buying another replacement battery. In recent days I have encountered a similar problem with my T43p. I bought a battery replacement, for which the energy management system generates randomly occurring instanta...

Re: T61 14.1" Charging takes +3hours on 65W. What is the maximum modern charger ?

Please stick to 20V/90W Lenovo chargers. Charging time-characteristic is defined in laptops/battery firmware so in your case using power adapter with higher wattage output does not make any sense.

Well if you can afford to buy P71 and you do not mind the size/weight of this monstrosity there's no point to discuss on this topic. Beside these two differences between T470(25) and P71 i just mentioned, the latter is superior in any other aspect. And if you do care about key travel, believe me 0.4...

@wujstefan have you checked viscosity and density of silicone oils? I am not sure if that is best solution for this purpose - most of the silicone lubricants become fairly sticky after evaporation of the solvent. This may reduce fans overall performance and longevity. Please consider using high gra...

The problem is not related to the modules but poorly addressed TOLUD. This problem has been widely discussed on this forum, please check posts related to 2503 Adv.Dock. As far as I remember there's some kind of workaround but yet I cannot remind myself the solution of the problem.

The first serie that came with W7 preinstalled was 2009s T/R/W/X x00. Be aware that some units - epsecially those manufactured in early 2009 - may come with Vista license anyway.
