well..I just upgraded the wireless driver and it looks like the Access Connections software is completely imcompatible with this new driver..it doesn't work...when I boot up windows wireless connection establishes itself pretty quick, but the access connection indicates the attenna is turned off.......

I have been using the exact same model..2687-DRU..it's got a 54k drive and the fan noise is there...little annoying...it's just contantly on at a lower speed and I can hear it in a quiet setting...
