Hello pingwin44, to get it to run you have to run explorer in compatibility mode of the version of explorer your running and then it should work.

Also if you disable Runtimebroker and shellexperiencehost under the svchost.exe, modern apps don't work any more when you try to launch them you get a error dialog box and I thought that's amazing, no more modern apps lol.

Even without a start menu and desktop, Windows 10 sure looks good with the classic theme.

With the Vista Explorer you cannot add a quick launch, right clicking on the bar does nothing when I try it on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. The Classic theme application also breaks Windows Explorer on Windows 10, It seems annoying I can't do much unless I use a alternative explorer like Explorer+++.
