I'm surprised you managed to get a T7300 to 0.85v. When I was undervolting X60's and X61's I couldn't reduce the voltage of the lowest multiplier from the default (usually between .925v and .975v), either on Windows (using RMClock) or Linux. And you even can drop the temperature a few more degrees, if you also replace the (standard) wifi card with a half-card size Intel 6200N/6300N (2/3 antenna wires). Since they are all the same, and all point to netwlv64.sys+419d4, then it's unlikely it's a memory fault. netwlv64.sys is the WLAN driver. Try updating it. What brand is your 4GB set are? Probably needs to be matched set like micron, elpida, samsung from ebay. Cheers, The memory set its from crucial by micron.
