Re: Giving back x240 after week, is x250 will be better?

I have an X240 and a rare X240s , both with X250 pad. They can have THREE SSDs in them, more than most! Where did you find it? I've been looking for a x240s during months and I only found some for a very expensive price, or on chinese market shops. I bought a nice x240 for a cheap price a month ago...

Would you tell us which ebay seller offers the sanyo battery? ITrepairshop from San Antonio (TX) I bought this one months ago : 9-cell Laptop Battery for IBM Lenovo Thinkpad X200 X200s X201 X201i X201s Serious and really nice offers most of the time. Re: 9 cell battery 47++ : difference between sony and sanyo

Sorry for late answer. I don't want to look dumb here, so if I am missing something then let me know, but do you mean you get 12 HOURS of battery life on a ThinkPad X200?? Because to me that is completely unheard. I bought a couple of these laptops for my parents a few years ago, but the most they w...

Re: Just a story of reliability

My questions: for you, is it a fact of high reliability when a specific brand / model is not very popular on second hand shops? Proper question would be: is it a fact of high reliability when a specific brand / model is very popular, but (because of that) hardly available in second hand shops? Eheh...

Just a story of reliability

Hello there :) I'm a thinkpad user for a short while now, I use a t430s that I bought on ebay and a x201 that comes from a refurb. I love these computers, really strong and works perfectly with any linux distro. Both of them are old but darn, they work so well, they are so comfortable for working! N...

Good to know, I had no knowledges about that, even if I was suspecting a different kind of building process about the batteries. 20$ for the sanyo, 30€ for the sony. I already know to who my money is going to go now eheh But we don't :-? Would you kindly share with us? I don't get about what you ar...

Re: [SOLVED] [T430s] Ultrabay battery normal drain

So, I just did a clean install with my new ssd, and the problem has been solved. I've lost some charges capacity on my ultra bay battery but I bought it as used on ebay for a really cheap price (17$) so it's really not a problem. After taking a look at powerstat, it's the same Wh than with my main b...

Is there a good and average maximum CPU clock speed in order to keep battery charge and enough speed for working?
