Old school?
Educational licenses don't work for me, I graduated in 1980... I am looking for the full professional Microsoft Office 2007 suite, or just the COA that goes with it. Perhaps somebody parted out a machine that had it on it. And if it can't be removed from the hardware, I'll even considder buying the ...

Dutchman needs a 80Gb (or better) drive delivered to Canada
Hi, I need a bit of help. The hard drive on my R50p crashed, and I had to send it to Toronto to have the data recovered. Recovery went fine, too bad the drive is beyond repair. So now I need another 2.5" drive that the recovered data can be tranfered to, delivered in Canada. Seems UPS is having thei...

Thumbs up for George (Ajkula66)
I bought a great T50p for a good price from George (Ajkula66). George went way beyond what was expected, to make sure it sailed through the US- and Dutch postal systems in one piece. Unit was as described. I look forward to doing more deals with him. MOD EDIT: Please use Positive feedback for FAIR T...

Are you sure that SL7EL and SL7UZ are what you need? See this post http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=48184 Thanks for the warning! I thought the EQ, EL and UZ versions were just the tray type#, versus the boxed# EN, EM and V3. It would seem that the EL and UZ CPUs are actually quite rare, ...

WTB : Pentium M 1.8/2.0/2.1 GHz, fsb400
Nothing beats a maxed ThinkPad... Rumour has it that upgrading a CPU is easy. I'm certain getting a faster CPU is step 1, I'm open for suggestions on steps 2, 3, etc I'm looking for a fsb 400 processor to replace the 1.7 GHz CPU in my -not even in transit yet- R50p. The CPU typenrs that I am interes...

That R50p's display, UXGA Flexview, is better than what you're asking for. The difference between a 15.0" SXGA+ Flexview and a 15.0" UXGA Flexview is probably $50 to $80. The CPU can be upgraded easily and for not much money. You're right, I wrote that TP off to soon. I'm rehaggeling about this mac...

ajkula66 has a R50p for sale here in the Marketplace - that's the only way you'll get a R5x series laptop with the 128MB video you're looking for. It's just above the upper level of your budget by $25 and only has a 1.7GHz CPU (which should make lettle to no difference) but I'd say that it's an opt...

Yep!
If you ship overseas, I'd like one. Depends on the processor speed and videocard if it's worth it. Please send me the specs and price (+ s&h would be nice).
Thanks,
