Yep, I have found board layout schemes and circuit schematics, it looks to be F2 or F6 fuse. unfortunately on the backside :-( good news is I have spare X220 board, which uses the same fusing, so I will resolder it and let know. I finally found it!

There was small piece of copper debris fallen inside docking connector. During inspection, it was not visible - hidden by connector dust cover. Cleaned connector by compressed air and my X230 is just better than new, no blinks so far

I tried, still the same random blinks. Battery is genuine Lenovo 44+ which was origiinal in this ntb.
