51nb won't be able to supply these schematics. It's the intellectual property of the ODM and the designs are close-sourced with only relevant schematics (eDP, M.2 etc) released for building the rest of the laptop. Your best bet is to find your original supplier and get it shipped back for repairs.

There has been 3D printed parts for frankenpad before. I think the one that I remember would be the T25p, a T480 mobo with T25 kb and 4K display. Some internal parts were 3D printed. Imo, it wouldn't look particularly good with 3D printed parts though.
