Re: Help on how to undervolt my T60p 2623-DDU
I'm using Vista 64bit and I guess RMClock didn't fully support 64bit for some reason.

Yes, I was able to clone using Acronis no failure whatsoever. Anyhow, it has been months since I bought my intel. I still experienced stuttering every couple of days. I guess it depends on how heavy I'm using my computer. Now I replaced my intel X25-M to Mtron 3500 64GB without stuttering problem on...

May I ask again, if somebody knows if this SATA 1,5GBit restriction also applies to the latest Thinkpad generation? (X200/T400/W500 etc.) And did you test if you get higher read speeds with the Intel X25-M when you are connected to a power-plug? Maybe the limitation only applies when relying on acc...

Yeah, I suspected that X25-E should eliminate the freezes problem completely. But even with X25-M I'm still very happy with the performance. The freezes didn't happen all the time. maybe only once between 2-3hrs period you are working for 30sec interval which is not so bad. I'm sure there is more re...

I just disabled prefetch and superfetch as I was actually experiencing stuttering which eventually lead to a total system freeze no matter how long I waited. Finally, I had to do a force shutdown. I still don't get it. According to T60 specifications, it is supposed to support: Storage controller type Serial ATA/IDE Storage Controller / Serial ATA Interface "Serial ATA-300" Doesn't this mean it should support intel SSD all the way without being capped at all? how about 110MB/sec? What's going...

my T60 experienced random Vista Stop error 0x0000001A
Memory_management error. Does anyone here have experienced this? It is a fresh install Vista. I have tested the RAM and also didn't report any errors. Recently, I also noticed when my laptop is hot, whenever I tried to boot up it would hang on the Vista green bar state and froze. I had to let my lap...

That is strange, as I have yet ran into any freezing/shuttering issue with my Intel SSD. For reference, I run Vista 64, with 4GB of memory. Yes, I played around a bit with x300, and indeed the screen was bad. The background was not white but yellowish. It's not acceptable for AUD$3999 though. But the system felt so snappy when I tried opening MS Word 2007. VERY IMPRESSIVE in terms of responsiveness. Now I'm tempted to upgrade my T60 to ...

Running Driver Verifier and then BSoD upon restarts?
I was trying to run verifier today from the command prompt. and it asked me to restart my computer. The minute I restarted my computer. It no longer wanted to boot into windows anymore. It kept on giving me Stop: 0x000000CD (0x90949000, 0x00000000, 0x82c5e323, 0x00000000) The system is attempting to...
