Changing the 300 MHZ processor for a 400 MHZ, does your battery last less time. My batterie last about 2h 30 mn. Also is there any heat problem?

No travelstar available at shopping center. I bought a toshiba 5200 rpm 40 GO. It works fine and there is an incredible gap in performance. Partly due to windows 2000 reinstall but also due to drive rperformance.Yhanks for help..

I bought on 4 months ago, sending the old after receiving the new one. Battery capacity is now 4400mah instead 3200 ma and it is working fine and lasts 2h30 ..

Just try to exchange the memory ships from one slot to another slot. I have 2x128m memory chip, one is 133mhz., the other is a 100mhz. And my thinkpad detects all the memory only if the ships are in a certain combination.
