I'd agree not trying the Microwave method. Besides, there is afaik no water in a Harddrive and a Microwave just activates the Water Dipole to turn around. The Electromagnet should work, if he is powerful enoug to get through the shielding an magnetize the Surface of the Platters inside the Disk. But...

There is no possibility of limiting the size - it would also not make much sense. The hibernation file is there to contain all the Data which is in your Memory. So when you would limit the Size there would be a chance that your Memory which is full at that moment doesn't fit into the Hibernation fil...

Problem is that you cannot input the Video Signal, as you have no Vidoe in or S-Vidoe in etc.

Over the Network you can probably do that with a tool like VNC, but you will just get a copy of your actual Screen.
I don't think that you can make your Desktop bigger.

it's a combination of inadequate thermal design that makes some components heat up, and too-conservative thresholds in the embedded controller firmware that make it step up the fan too soon and step it down too late. What we don't know is exactly which components are heating up and the precise deci...

Every stick of Ram uses the same amount of energy, so the two sticks consume twice the energy the 1gb will use.

I would focus on the Amount of Power the Batteries deliver. The IBM Battery only has 6600mAH, the Lenovo Products offers 7200mAH.
So i'd go for the Lenovo product.
For the advice about different shops i'd say that you should tell what country you're from.

I also think that a external USB drive is not a bad solution. Especially if you take a 2.5" HDD which needs only few power, you can connect it via USB without additional Power supply. I myself currenly have an eye on the Trekstor 2,5" USB Drives - they come in 40 to 100GB and are very small good to ...

Photoshop is know to absolutely want to swap some files.
So it allways produces that error. That is the Reason why i usualy not set the Page file off completely, but give the system a 20 perhapos 50mb file of fixed size for the page.

If you regularely installed all upcoming patches there will not be anithing new in the package fof you.
The Update Rollup is - like a Service Pack - designed for people which reinstall and dont want to install a whole lot of patches.

Altering Process of Bateries starts with the Date of Production. Ad as it is a chemical Reaction you can (very roughly) say that every ten degrees which you keep it warmer doubles the speed of a process. I assume this works here exactly the same - so it does make sense to keep your Battery at least ...
