How did you fix any corrosion? Corrosion seems likely since I had trouble pulling the last battery connector off. I don't specifically see corrosion but I haven't taken the laptop apart.

I have an A22 that will not keep the date, every time I unplug and turn it off it loses the date and I get the bios prompt to set it. I have changed the little CMOS battery for a new one but same problem. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Are you removing the SD card when the computer is in sleep mode? I recall that causing the problem you are reporting... there was a microsoft vista patch to bring back the SD slot... but I think you need to be careful not to remove the card while the computer is in sleep mode even after the microsof...

I have mine set for light touch and fast speed. I do not use the cats tongue one. I find that the mouse pointer will move with very little pressure and no strain now.
