Yes, you're right. I forgot to run the installers. I didn't know the files from the Lenovo's site just extracted the drivers files but didn't install them. Such a silly mistake. Thank you very much for all suggestions.

I have figured out. I did not know that the drivers from the Lenovo website is basically a file extractor, not an installer. So I just went to the driver folders and install them. Such an extremely silly mistake. Thank you for the reply though.
