all, i need to do is the re-install windows......? what are the steps, where are the windows recovery files located? how do i run setup/ while preserving my data?
Or the only way to do is to do fresh install?

hi, i been having problems installing itunes for the longest time ( i think it is a problem with internet explorer because that also crashes, i use firefox). Anyways, the last options i have is the restore the windows files without losing any data...how can i do that? i don't have external cd drive/...

currently, i have only 512MB in my X60 and looking to add more RAM. I do not want to remove my current 512MB and also not looking to add 2GB RAM. Just want to fill the empty slot with either 512MB or 1G RAM, which would better option for better performance add another 512MB RAM or 1GB RAM...??

Most of the time i use the AC adaptor while using my x60, now is it recomended to remove the battery while on AC power or will it make no difference ( i know IBM employs over charge protection but still.......) Will removing the battery increase the life length of the battery? thanks I will be using...
