I go to school, normal day, go online via wireless....schools over come home, and the wireless doesn't work in my room...the WiFi picks up the signal as excellent but when I try to go on google.com it doesn't load. what gives?

yea, mine came with a 40 gig 5400 HD, of that which only 23 gigs was free.....so i was looking into gettinga 7200 rpm HD while im at it....but i've read that they can get quite loud and generate a good amount of heat...dunno if this is true...i mean it makes sense but is it bad enough to not get a 7...
