I am having a similar problem with my X31 docking station when using the DVD ROM drive (FRU 27L4355). I can insert the DVD disk but the system fails to recognize it. Keeps telling me to insert a disk. Whats strange is that I can pop in a CD/R drive into the docking station and it works fine. Seems t...

I am looking to order one with the D-rings, suspension strap and piggyback for my T60p 15". Just need to a little help deciding on orientation and whether to go with a flap or not. Any su...

I own three IBM X31 Thinkpads and all three have the NMB (FRU 08K5073) keyboard made in Thailand. When I first received my T60p in February of this year, one of the first things I noticed was that the keyboard felt different compared to the X31 keyboards. It did not have as nice a tactical feel to i...

I just called upgradebay.com and ordered a refurbished 39T0958 as well. When I spoke to the salesman he could not confirm at the time whether it was an actual NMB keyboard but he agreed not to ship unless it was. I told him the keyboard must have 39T0958, not 39T7178, as the part number and to make ...

Great poll and look forward to seeing the results! Since there are three different BOE-Hydis panels available for the T60, with two of them being UXGA, may I suggest you specify the model number for the BOE-Hydis panel your poll refers to. Is it the 13N7076 or 13N7194 UXGA panel? Regards, Scott Hall...

Thank you macuser for posting the link. I take it from this that the difference between the two panels is the 13N7076 panel is RGB and the 13N7194 is sRGB. Assuming the 13N7076 is RGB then it seems both panels will work fine for general use with the 13N7076 panel being better suited for desktop publ...

From reading the comments posted here, am I correct in understanding that the BOE Hydis UXGA panel (13N7196) is considered superior to the LG-Phillips SXGA+ panel (13N7078), making it the preferred choice between the two?
