Re: Thinkpad T-shirts???

There's probably a lot of artistic talent hidden amongst Forum members. How about a design competition for the best TPF logo? This sounds like fun! It seems that the use of the "Charlie Chaplin w/parrot and TP on a table" logo isn't something we're sure we can legally do. However, is it sa...

Re: What are you reading right now/have read recently?

I finished "Made to Stick" a few weeks ago and also finished "You Are Not a Gadget" on Friday. I was very wrong about You are not a Gadget. It, in fact, would have been worth the $26. Several times during the read it made me think of this forum. A very interesting look at people, technology, and the...

Re: The little red button can be addicting

I turned it off in the BIOS the other day. Easy to do, it stays off, and I don't miss it at all. It would be nice, however to maybe keep the mouse buttons active, but not a big deal. There's no more random mouse movements from my hand brushing the pad and that makes me happy. :D

I really like the idea of having a 5day weather forecast too. I could never get it quite how I wanted it, but didn't fiddle with it enough either. It looks like you and I borrowed from the same code! :D

Thanks! :D Really nothing much fancy to it. Right-click on the panel>Properties>Background tab>Solid Color(black)> slide 1/4-1/3 of the way to the right between Transparency/Opaque. Quote from Urbandictionary.com:

A phrase, which much like Courtney Love, was only popular during the early nineties. At the time, it meant "exceptionally cool".

Just finished "America For Sale" by Jerome Corsi. Completely worth the read. Just started "Made to Stick" by Chip Heath and Dan Heath.
