Hello, When I pressed the Battery Gauge Reset on my X61s, it went into the charge cycle but then stopped at my custom threshold of 90%. It did not go into a discharge and recharge cycle at all as described in the Power Manager help. The Last gauge reset shows today. Is this normal for LION batteries...

Can you use Windows (Vista) created restore points within Rescue and Recovery if windows was unable to boot due to defective registry entries? What about Windows Back-ups? Can they be accessed without being in Windows? RNR backups are very slow.
