Re: x200t UPGRADE time... Your thoughts
Setting aside the RAM... The SSD was my primary concern. Do I go with a less expensive 64GB SSD with a clean install (upgrade or not) and add the CF/SD expansions, do I go with a 160GB and ghost the existing (thereby saving all the thinkpad stuff and the backup), or go high end with a 256GB and not ...

Thanks - got 9 cell and 2gb both scratch and dent - $94 delivered... Any suggestions for a 'bump' case? Also - noticed my keyboard light - when the Fn and PgUp is pressed - it ALWAYS shows the icon with an X next to it... Mean anything (there is no illumination). Love the unit. Just a follow up - G...

Vista Biz 32 or 64 - or bump to Win7 32 or 64?
Have X200T - SL9400 (1.86) + 4G. COA is for Vista (32) Business. Question is... Does anyone have a firm understanding of the benefits of the 64bit OS, and what might be the 'gain' if I upgrade to either Vista 64 or Win 7 64? The majority of my 'stuff' is large inter-twined excel spreadsheets (100k l...

Re: Fujitsu T900 or X201T, which one is better?
I'll throw in my .02...I left thinkpads around the X41 coming out completely till last week - and went to Fujitsu. I've had a fujitsu as the travling unit since the mid 90s. They were always smaller than the thinkpads, and usually touchscreen - with a unique touch - and reliable. They are both built...

Homecoming... Just got X200 Tablet... NEED MEMORY
OK, so I've been on sabatical for a while - was a diehard IBM ThinkPad fan and always had the small one since their first laptop with 240 (spent a fortune), through the sixes the T's... Still have 3 or 4 X31's in need of TLC, a T40, and some others... I went to Fujitsu with the introduction of their...
