I need: -15" or 17" 1080 native 16x9 screen -Not for high end gaming but would like a GPU that isn't too outdated...

LP141X12 > T42?
I have a dead LCD on a T42 and a live LCD on a T30 (LP141X12).
Are they interchangeable? Can I install the LP141X12 on the T42?

Re: 4x4 bios beep codes
Wow, helpful as always. The CR2032 battery is putting out a single volt when it should be 3v I think?!? Probably the factory batt, hah! Anyway, probably a good call there. I'll try to figure out how to re shrink wrap a new one in this weird assembly. Thanks.

4x4 bios beep codes
I offer my apologies if this has been asked or if I should be able to find this one google easily but I have not been able to. We just moved and an old T30 that has been quite the trooper will not post now and throws the 4 beeps 4 times which I feel like I should be able to find somewhere but I have...

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I'm sort of scatterbrained most of the time. This can be marked resolved. I got another fan replacement it has been working for quite some time since.

Re: Solved: T42: Fan Error. No voltage from motherboard socket
Replacement fuses can be soldered piggyback-style on top of the old one. Next time you need a fan (or other part), don't try Malaysia but our Market forum. At least you will get a properly working fan from a trusted seller. I've ordered from another Amazon reseller :/ The first did end up refunding...

fan error woes *PIC*
Sooo, hi. I've been wrestling with fan error for a while. I ordered another fan from pchub.com and it took forever to arrive from malaysia. It is obviously used and looks even worse than the one I'm trying to replace. Most importantly, it appears to not work just like the one I'm replacing... http:/...

Re: Solved: T42: Fan Error. No voltage from motherboard socket
My fan won't spin intermittently, which leads me to believe it isn't a fuse. Is there a temperature sensor that can go bad or a relay that could work intermittently? I've tried replacing the fan. More often than not, it won't boot with fan error now. I take it these fuses must be unsolder-ed and sol...
