Hi all - I got a used T410s on ebay that had a cracked palmrest, so I ordered one for $20 on eBay from China and got it installed. In the process I had to remove the stuck-on touchpad below the palm-rest and transfer it to the new palm rest, it was glued pretty good but I was able to transfer it OK....
