i think finger printer will help in a way such as stored password works in this case, it will pop in the password automatically when visited. and since this is a forged site there will be no password present. i don't know if anyone knows this or not, but can you use cookies to track what a user type...

I use different user names and passwords for every account I have. I do this primarily because I'm paranoid, but I also find it helps exercise the memory portion of my brain (which needs all the exercise it can get. :) ) geez, i wish i am as smart as you are. for me, that is more than 100 passwords...

lol, it took me a while of studying to pass the security+ certification, i guess i had a classic "blond moment". i guess what is surprising about this is that they usually go for the bank account and credit card account and stuff instead of something minor like buy.com, i guess they get you when you...

ok, so it is a vista thing. as always, any laptop i purchase gets a zero first (maxtor tool, zero all hard drive, full) and then xp clean install. i looked into xp 64 for my t42 and t60, t60 is a candidate but for older machines such as t42 which the max ram supported is 2gb it is not worth it. but ...

t60's trackpoint

just out of curiousity for other t60 owners, when you use your trackpoint around, like use it to drag and drop 10 items continously and then you let go, does your mouse pointer on screen sometimes keep moves a little, like few more pixels and then stop or it stop immediately? i understand no technol...

this is wierd.
bsod is usually caused by driver corruption
and system not being able to turn on is usually overheat.

i have seen memory modules pass memtest but is bad.
try to take out a stick of ram and see if this happens or not.

since lenovo is going with its own Thinpad instead of IBM now, for the T42 BIOS update that is released in July 2007, did they change the logo from the old IBM to thinkpad or Lenovo?
