Hello, I've been trying to install OS/2 on my new Thinkpad T43, which I may add, has the original HDD with original OEM install and recovery partition, but I always get an error when trying to install OS/2 on the part where I set video/network adapters, and put in username and password, and it has to restart, and when I restart, I get this:
Code: Select all
Exception in module:
TRAP 000d ERRCD=0000 ERACC=**** ERLIM=********
...
The system detected an internal processing error at
location ##0168:fff1ev1c - 000e:cb1c.
60000, 9084
078606d8
Internal revision 14.086_W4
The system is stopped. Record all of the above information and
contact you service representative.
I can't figure out why it always gives me this error, on this one part. I followed this forum post about installing OS/2 Warp 4.52 on a T43
viewtopic.php?t=120744, but even after following the steps exactly, I still always got the error.
Also, before the screen with the previous error, I always get this error:
Code: Select all
SYS1201: The device driver C:\OS2\BOOT\COM.SYS specified in the DEVICE
statement
on line 88 of the CONFIG.SYS file was not installed. Line 88
is ignored.
