Warp 4.52 bootlogo and bitmaps folder to eComStation?

#1 Post by NKVD1934 » Thu Jun 27, 2019 9:10 am

Greetings,

recently I installed Warp 4.52 to my Thinkpad T23... Working good, but I wanted something newer, so I've installed eComStation 2.0. It runs great, but I want the bitmaps folder of the 4.52 to add it's BMP wallpapers to the eComStation and to change the bootlogo of eComStation with the IBM Warp logo.

How should I move the files? Windows cannot read HPF files. I've tried through usb stick with no luck.

Also how to change the bootlogo with the original of IBM?
Dos power!!!

Switch to ArcaOS so you get JFS support instead. That way you can replace whatever files through AIX or Linux.

EDM2 has some info here on what needs to be replaced:

Use PMView to save the appropriate image format (because MAKELOGO is probably long gone, but if you can find it then you can use that too).
