Using thinkpad access button under OS/2

Any idea how I can access the Thinkpad button (or indeed the undock button on the docking station) of a T20 under OS/2? I've tried capturing the keycode using the various tools, but there doesn't seem to be one. Are the keys hardwired to something? Can I get any sourcecode (not that I'm a great programmer....) to use these? The undock is more importatn, since I don't like shutting down every time I want to move the Tpad.
Any help is most appreciated!

I've tried winkey95, and it gives no key code for the Thinkpad button (nor the undock button) - is there a trick I'm missing?

Yes, I know I can define hotkeys, but what I want is for the *&%$£ button to do something! You are probably right with the BIOS hardcode thing. The T20 doesn't have any Windows keys.
Thanks for the replies,
