Who are they? How does the cardbus version differ from the regular PCMCIA, except piping the data over 32 bit lines?

Perhaps you could contact the WarpVision people, or os2warp.be, or netlabs for some assistance?

Sadly not a device driver guy :)

I came along a German company that offers PCMCIA high rez video capture cards for OS/2.
But I bought their new Card Bus version and they don't have OS/2 drivers for that one anymore.
Now they did give me the source code for their OS/2 PCMCIA drivers and I'm looking for some help on how to port those to OS/2 CardBus standard.

Anybody got any suggestions?
Have you posted this on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/os2ddprog/ or in the comp.os.os2.programmer.porting or comp.os.os2.programmer.misc groups?

Another source for PC-Card video capture is ImerX.com, loacted in Florida. The make a variety of PC-Card devices .. the one I have works with NTSC, PAL or SECAM standards .. and connects to Composite or S-Video.

I use it primarily for gray-scale images .. and it works very well at VGA (+) resolutions. It works well with RGB (am not sure about frame rate limitations or about sound .. as I never needed to explore this). I use it as frame grabber .. to capture still images from running video.

You might ask them the same question re OS/2.

RE: IMPERX

I did not say that they had OS/2 support; they do have an interesting set of HW, however .. My approach is to contact and ask if I need something that is not directly visible on the web site.

Good luck.
