A fresh trade-in for a top-shelf non-ThinkPad, fabulous machine that I currently have no use for...

known imperfections:

- Very light lid/bottom wear

- Light keyboard/palmrest shine

- One pixel-size dust spec in the upper RH side of an otherwise stunning FlexView LCD, visible on light backgrounds only.


If I were not as maxed-out with the number of ThinkPads I currently own, this one would be kept. Seriously. It's fast, quiet for a top-shelf "p" unit and runs like a deer during a bow & arrow hunting season in my neighbourhood...

Throw in a hard drive and enjoy. Lenovo's warranty has expired on this unit, but I will guarantee it against DOA and to arrive as described.

Windows Experience Index (with a 320/7200 Hitachi) running W8 Developer's Preview states the following:

Graphics (desktop/Aero) : 4.2

Hard disk : 5.9

If you absolutely *must* have a hard drive or SSD installed, talk to me and we'll figure something out... ...otherwise I'd be more than happy to provide a copy set of XP Pro recovery media if the buyer wants to install their own hard drive.
