What's the price range for a 500/650MHz 600X (2645nxx) in excellent condition these days? Looking to purchase. No interest in EBay. Thanks.

Go to ebay and check completed auctions for 600X.

That will give you a good idea.

John,

You can't lump them together. The 650MHz units sell for substantially more than the 450/500MHz non-Speedstep units.

You can find the non-Speedstep units for $250 or even less on eBay.

The 650MHz units can go for as much as $500, but seem to have settled down right around $350 to $400.
