FS: Samsung 4GB DDR3 Laptop Memory

2 x 2GB laptop memory chips for sale--4GB total. I've upgraded my thinkpad to 8GB and no longer need these. $20 shipped.

Specs: 2 x 2GB Samsung Original - PC8500 - DDR3 - 1066MHz - SO-DIMM - 204 Pin - PC3-8500 - CL7 - Unbuffered.
