WTB: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 Video PCIe Card

I'm looking for my cousing who MAY need an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 Video PCIe card for her Sony Vaio PCG-7141L VPCEF25FX.

Her LCD broke a long time ago. She's been using it with an external monitor.
Suddenly, for no reason, there's no longer any signal to the external monitor.
I'm guessing it's either the video card, the motherboard or the RGB port solder has cracked or otherwise sepparated from the motherboard.
