WTB: Genuine Ultrabay Slim HDD Adaper III for X220 Ultrabase

Hello, I am interested in finding a genuine Ultrabay HDD adapter for my X220T Ultrabase. Do any of you have the Ultrabay III adapter lying around that is genuine? I am not sure if I should buy a cheap knockoff one on ebay, but at the same time I don't want to spend $60 for a new one at lenovo.com.

Advice on the knockoffs or offers to sell are both welcome.

UPDATE: I went ahead and bought an after market adapter from ebay and it works just fine.
