FS: Dell Precision M4400 $275 shipped in CONUS *SOLD*

I picked up a Dell Precision M4400 from a friend a little while back, but can't really justify keeping it...so I figured I'd check if you folks were interested...

The machine is basically Dell's answer to the W500, with a 2.66GHz T9550 Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM, 250GB WD Scorpio Black drive, Nvidia Quadro 770 graphics, 15" 1440x900 LED-backlit screen, and all the typical high-end business-class machine features, like a SmartCard reader, TPM, fingerprint reader, ExpressCard 54 and PCMCIA, etc...Oh, and it does have the optional backlit keyboard and webcam. Machine comes with intact Vista Business COA; can provide a Vista 32-bit install disc if desired.

It's a nice machine, but I just don't really need two laptops. It's in pretty decent shape, with a few minor flaws: small ~2mm scrape on the paint on the left speaker grille, missing bottom rubber feet, and a small imperfection on the screen (invisible except on black-backlit background). 3rd-party power adapter.

If there's any interest here, I'll dig up the Service Tag (like the product code for ThinkPads) and snap a few pictures after work. This isn't a collector-perfect machine, but for a cheap high-quality workhorse, you can't go wrong. I've done some testing and all seems well.

I'm not interested in buying but you should include the CPU speed since there were a pretty wide range available.

That's a really low price for this laptop. I paid $1450 for mine new two years ago (2.53 GHz CPU same screen and video card). eBay prices all seem to be $400+

You're right, the price is on the low side; it's a nice machine, but I really need the money more than the machine, so I just want it gone. I'd rather take a hit selling it on the low side to a good community like TPF than get a few more bucks dealing with the deadbeat nonpayers on eBay.
