This product is entitled to on-site repair service Mon-Fri, except holidays, with a next business day response objective. Customerdoes not have to return their defective hard drive. It is the customer's responsibility to destroy or safekeep the defective hardware. This machine also has Thinkpad Protection.

Condition is like brand new. Not a scratch or mark that I can find. I turned this X220 tablet on just a few times since I have had it. Includes the plastic bag with some Lenovo paperwork and a new sealed in the plastic bag 65W A/C adapter. No disks are included. Recovery partition intact. Office 2010 is preloaded. Your own key can be used or can be purchased. A trial is also offered. Create recovery media option is still available under Lenovo ThinkVantage Tools. Battery has 2 cycles with a first used date of 9-2011. LCD has no dead pixels that I can find.
