FS: T40 parts in UK - updated list

I have 3 x T40's (2373-42g, 2373-6g0, 2373-kg9) with motherboard graphics problems that I am breaking for parts. I'll try and list the main items but if there are any other small parts not listed please ask.
Items located North Yorkshire, UK.
postage at cost, payment by uk cheque or paypal is probably easiest
good base plastics with ram cover and XP Pro COA, £5 ea
faulty motherboard (requires chip reflow/reball), £5 ea
uk keyboard (very good, keys slightly shiny from use) FRU 08k4988, £12
European (french ?) keyboard (very good, keys slightly shiny from use, missing the red nipple), FRU 08k5049, £10
Fan short 91p9254 or 91p8393, £4 ea
cd rw/dvd 39t2579, £5
battery 08k8193 (seems to hold charge), £5
keyboard surround plastics (good), £3 ea
palm rest (with a crack in the plastic in front of buttons), good trackpad + buttons, £3
palm rest with minor damage to a corner and the left button, free
HD cover and caddy, £5
Full lid assembly and screen
good condition to lid and hinges, 2wifi antenna
LCD panel is working but has liquid damage along bottom edge, £15
revised Full lid assembly and 14" - 1024 x 768 screen
very good condition to lid and hinges, 2wifi antenna
LCD panel tested and very good, no flaws evident, pics available, £40
cisco wifi card air-mp20b (fru 91p7408), £3
speaker assembly, cmos battery, pcmci assembly, power jack, 256k ram, modem card
all £3 ea (reduction if more than 1 item)
any other small parts available and not listed free with anything else
