Not sure of fair price for this. $1,000 pricetag below prob on high side. Open to offers/suggestions for pricing.

Honestly, the fact that you don't want to sell items separately is likely killing the possibility of walking away with anything close to your current price tag...and I'm not a buyer for any of the items that you have listed, so no vested interest on my end...
