Most likely the nicest one you'll find unless you track down a unit that has never been taken out of the box. 9.9 out of 10 on my scale just because it was touched by a human hand - maybe even a foot but it doesn't show

The reason why I'm referring to the warranty applicable to this (Lenovo) tablet as an IBM one is due to the fact that on-site service is still under the umbrella of The Big Blue, and performed by technicians trained - and subsequently sub-contracted - by them. Once the work order is complete, the technician calls IBM (not Lenovo) to close the job out. All that Lenovo does in this type of an arrangement is provide parts.
The LCD on this tablet was replaced an hour ago today (02/07/2012) due to bubbles that the previous one had developed. It is brand new and downright flawless. Genuine Hydis AFFS, the real deal....and no orange sticker on it...
This ThinkPad is still covered under on-site warranty through September 18th of this year.

All in all, an *extremely* rare occasion to grab a top-shelf X61 tablet with a brand new SXGA+ screen...and warranty still intact. Have I mentioned that it is TRULY in *MINT* condition? No disappointments here. A 4-year old ThinkPad in this shape is honestly a pretty rare find, and I still do get to see a lot of them...
This tablet can run Middleton's modded BIOS enabling full SATA 3.0 Gb/sec transfer speeds. If you'd like me to install it prior to shipping, it can be done at no charge.
