WTB: X31/X32 system board

I need a system board from X31/X32 for my experiment (soldering 1.6 GHz LV Dothan on it). It can be with passwords etc but has to POST and have subcard (because that contains a security chip).

The cheaper the better. I can pay with Paypal or by wire transfer in Europe.
