Pricing Advice: SXGA+ LCDs for X6x Installation

I have two X6x tablet systems with SXGA+ panels. The systems both appear to function well but with the following considerations:
One is an engineering model (X60t), but boy it is nice and bright - but the plastics are 'non-standard' and missing parts.
The second (X61t) has 'bubbles' around the edges - where the surface plastic started coming off of the LCD itself (at least I think that's what's happening).
Both systems work fine but I can't sell them as they each have cosmetic issues. I'd like to sell the LCDs and the bases separately .. so what do you think they are worth?
Is $200 for an LCD a going price?
Another question - Would anyone on the forum do the conversion for me? And for how much?
