I'm selling my personal X200. The exterior is very good with some corner wear. LCD is in great condition. Keyboard is very clean and basically new since I used this docked most of the time. Battery holds very good charge for 4 hours. Windows Vista Ultimate is installed (restore partition is available on hard drive, Vista Business COA is on bottom). It will come with an IBM external DVD-ROM/CDRW USB drive and a green felt laptop sleeve case.

Warranty status?

I believe the warranty ended earlier this month.

12" WXGA (1280x800) LCD :
Is it a CCFL LCD or a Led one? I remember reading that both were available for the X200, with the Led being brighter.

The LCD panel FRU is 42T0510 which is a CCFL-lit screen. Since I docked this and used an external monitor most of the time, the screen is still bright.
