WTB: 1GB SODIMM DDR PC 2100 or 2700 RAM *FOUND*

It needs to be compatible with my Thinkpad X31, but I think RAM is RAM for the most part. I'd also be interested in two 1GB sticks if the price is right. I do not care if it is PC 2100 or 2700 as it will not affect the speed.
