Closed FS: X41 tablet complete system OR X60 tablet

Hi all,
I am selling either my fully loaded X41 tablet or my X60 tablet, depending on which one gets sold first. I do have to keep one of them
X41 tablet specs:
Type 1869-5CU, P M 758(1.5GHz)LV, 12.1in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 900, Intel 802.11bg wireless, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader
2GB RAM (+ 512MB onboard, 2GB usable)
32GB Super Talent DuraDrive ZT2 SSD
Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG
WinXP Tablet COA
Will not come with operating system, SSD will be formatted.
I've been using this one daily and haven't found any defects. Runs Windows 7 and Onenote smoothly. Screen is perfect, hinge is tight, latch is intact. Some corner wear, no cracks anywhere.
Comes with original pen, AC adapter, 3 batteries (An 8-cell and a 4-cell in good condition, and an 8-cell in the red), and Codi bump case.
Asking for $260 + shipping. If you don't want ram/ssd, or prefer an Atheros 5006XS-based wireless card instead of the Intel, we can probably work something out.
X60 tablet specs:
Type 6363-P3U L7400(1.5GHz), 12.1in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 950, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader
512MB RAM
No hard drive
Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG
WinXP Tablet COA
I can add more RAM or throw in a hard drive/SSD on request
Screen has a couple of pressure marks on lower right corner, which can be seen only when displaying dark colors. Hinge and latch are good. Normal light wear. A small crack on bottom left of LCD front bezel.
Comes with new original pen, new 8-cell battery.
Asking for $220 + shipping.
