No, it wouldnt actually. i got this through an employee discount. I understand no one knows me, but I am happy to discuss with anyone who is interested over the phone, through email etc. I am an open book, will send pics etc....

PayPal (although I know some Forum Members hate PP) would protect Buyer. I also think I remember Bill saying he would hold escrow funds for a small fee -- not sure I remember that correctly, but if a Forum Member is interested in jumping on this deal, perhaps that would work

current EPP + coupon + NC sales tax is actually less than the asking price on this config so i wouldn't put it in the "too good to be true" category at all.   it's quite fair and realistic.

as long as this member can provide information requested by the buyer (and it sounds like he's prepared to do so already) then i see no reason to panic here.

I based my remark on the MSRP ($2305) and the selling price ($1300).
That's a whopping $1000 difference!
Not knowing any EPP prices (I am not an IBM/Lenovo employee) I was just surprised at the huge price drop.
Then again, the MSRP could be a fantasy price...

My invoice is below. I just based the MSRP off of what lenovo started the price of the computer before the discounts.

I will either sell this thing for $1300 or just keep it, so if anyone is interested I am here to answer questions etc.
