FS: T23s, T30, Power Adapters, Port Replicator

It's time to part ways with my dearly-loved T23 and its sibling hardware of that vintage. They've served me reasonably well, and I think the T23 keyboard, screen, and form factor are my favorite of all time, but the T61 has taken over my daily use...
Anyway, I'm basically listing these as kind-of-whole systems for the sake of simplicity, but if you'd like to play mix and match between components, that can probably be accommodated. Also, I'll entertain any offers.
System 1: IBM ThinkPad T23 2647-9KU.
This was my original one and has (I think) the infamous motherboard inductor soldering issues. I tried valiantly to re-solder them on the motherboard, but never got it to work. Aesthetically, it's in reasonable condition. The trackpoint is somewhat worn and dirty. The screen does have some marks from the keyboard, and generally the wear is as expected for a computer of this age.
Includes:
1400x1050 SXGA+ display
No HDD or caddy
No battery
No RAM
No CD/DVD drive
$30 shipped
System 2: IBM ThinkPad T23 2647-5RU
This was the replacement when the above system developed the motherboard issues. It was my daily driver for a couple years. Aesthetically, it's in decent condition, again considering the vintage. The lid has a number of scuffs. The back plastic is cracked and missing a small piece near the left display hinge. There are cracks in the plastic between the bottom of the keyboard and by the PCMCIA slot and by the DVD drive. On the right side, the plastic just above the DVD drive next to the display hinge is cracked, which leads to some looseness in the movement of the display. Probably the biggest issue is that there seems to be some looseness in the display cables or something such that, when opening the screen, the display doesn't display what it's supposed to display. I've always managed to get it working by putting a little pressure back towards me on the bottom of the display, but I'm not sure what the permanent fix is. Also, the display has a greenish tinge in some areas visible primarily when looking at an entirely black screen, which I don't usually do, so it never really bothered me.
Includes:
1400x1050 SXGA+ display (from the days when laptops had real displays)
768 MB of RAM
No HDD, but does include the HDD caddy
Battery of dubious lifespan
Ethernet, 56K modem, S-video out
Working CD-RW/DVD drive
$30 shipped
An ideal project for the T23 enthusiast might be to get both T23s and transplant the motherboard and other working parts from the -5RU to the -9KU.
System 3: IBM ThinkPad T30 2366-51U
I never had as much affection for this system, but it did the job. The primary issue with it is that the fan seems to have failed completely, so it won't boot past that point. Aesthetically it's fair, with the normal wear expected for a system of this vintage. Also, the right display closing gizmo has gone missing, and the left one is somewhat askew, but still keeps the screen closed fine.
1400x1050 SXGA+ display
768 MB of RAM
No HDD, but does include the HDD caddy
No CD drive (I have a non-working one I can include if you want)
$30 shipped
Power Supplies:
IBM 16V, 72W AC Adapter, P/N 02K6749, FRU P/N 02K6756 - $12 shipped
IBM 16V, 72W AC Adapter, P/N 08K8208, FRU P/N 08K8209 - $12 shipped
"HQRP AC Adapter", 16V, 72W, fits the T23 and T30 and probably some others. The outside insulation of the AC cord is broken, but the insulation on the individual wires is intact. Not recommended for use near on operating AM radio, as it seems to generate a fair bit of RF noise.
IBM ones, $8 shipped. Generic "HQRP" one off eBay - $8 shipped.
Port Replicator:
P/N 02K8668, FRU P/N 08N1536
Fits T23 and T30, probably many others
$12 shipped
PayPal only.
If some items are combined, I can reduce the price a few dollars based on savings from the combined shipping.
Thanks,
Matthew
