Want to buy memory for my 380z

I am looking to buy a 64mb stick for my 380z laptop. I am not sure what kind it is that I need though, whether it would have to be edo or not. If anyone has any for sale or at least can tell me what type of memory I need to buy, that would be appreciated. The ibm site says that I can only have 96mb total, is there anyway to go higher than that?
Thank you
Joe

I put a 128 MB RAM module into my ThinkPad. Bought it from a shop in California. Someone else on this site has mentioned reading that the 380z could take a 256 MB module. If anyone out there has proven that this works, please let me know.
