FS:OBO Thinkpad T40 not working with Docking Station

I have an IBM Thinkpad T40. i think it may have a bad motherboard. I try to turn it on and it does nothing. It comes with a Docking Station for

T40 Series
R50 Series
X30 Series
T30 Series
R40 Series
A30 Series

The docking station includes the Power Supply and the Key.

Im asking $50 plus 12.95 flat rate S&H (I package really good )
