WTB: 8Gb RAM - 2 x 4Gb for T60/1 Frankenpad

Hello,

ebay can get me 2 x 4Gb for about US$132 shipped to Perth, Australia. Motherboard is a T61 with Intel GPU and T7300 CPU.

Is there anyone who can offer a better price?

I also get some aspect of a guarantee from ebay, but I'll expect people here to provide good kit too.

I'd also be interested in a T500 HSF (45N5492), and perhaps a faster CPU than my current T7300, but that isn't so urgent.

I don't know the part number, but a PCMCIA/memory card slot would be of interest too.
